Seshule is operated by EvolveUX ("EvolveUX", "we", "us", or "our"). By creating an account or using Seshule (the "Service") you agree to these Terms & Conditions and enter into an agreement with EvolveUX.
Seshule is a booking and loyalty-rewards tool for stylists, freelancers, and small businesses to manage clients, appointments, and points. Access is provided on a subscription basis with tiered plans.
You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials confidential, and are responsible for activity under your account. You must be of legal age to form a binding contract, or have authority to bind the organization you represent.

EvolveUX retains all rights, title, and interest in the Service, including software, branding, and documentation. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service within your subscribed plan.
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax, cancellation, and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms. See our Refund Policy.
We work to keep the Service reliable but do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim all implied warranties including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated policy violations. On termination your right to use the Service ends; you may request export of your data within a reasonable period before deletion.
To the extent permitted by law, EvolveUX's aggregate liability under these Terms is capped at the fees you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages including loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Nothing limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
